I find it relatively sad that I place an order on November 21, 2020 at 11 p.m. and receive a confirmation from DPD and the store on December 3, 2020 that it is ready for collection and that it is no longer available on December 9, 2020. I was told the order would be held in store for me for 10 days before being returned. Still found an unfriendly employee in the shop who doesn't even serve me, but has to send another employee who gives me his "words" and back and forth twice .... If that's the standard, it was definitely my last order.

Incredibly unfriendly The seller doesn't even think it necessary to greet the customer. We then spend our money in stores where customers are still worth something.
