Top advice super prices.
Unfortunately, only a star, since the ladies seem to have no desire to sell a trip here.
So we were here for a mgl. To plan and book a journey, but since clients were used, the lady noted our wishes and wanted to send offers in the evening or the following day.
Unfortunately, two days later, no offer was available, a request, here was the lady not there but a colleague brought the result, the note is on the desk, allegedly so assured us this lady comes tomorrow the offer.
Why, however, this lady, which alone (without clientele) was not an offer created is questionable, furthermore, when you go shopping, you can see that the ladies have opened videos, Facebook, etc.
So is this more important than the customer?
Since this behavior - true to the motto I earn my money even if I'm a video / Facebook show - is not customer friendly and of course we are still waiting for the offer, this travel agency can not be recommended.
