Customer-friendliness is not important there. Today, an elderly gentleman asked for help, the employee said in a not so appropriate tone, she has no time. The Lord went on and asked the next colleague, also she said, she has no time. In the end I helped the old gentlemen! PS: The goods can not run away, the customers already.

Very clear assortment, the shop is clean, the employees who could clear out the goods could be nicer to the customers and the Rossmann employees could be more familiar with their own app, in order to be able to offer help to the customers in a nicer tone. Some staff very rude at checkout.

The Rossmann drugstore is very clear, bright and friendly. The shop assistants are also very nice and accommodating.
