Brief summary: System ordered with 2x 3ghz quadcores. Get system with 2x 2.66ghz dual cores. Complained, sent back dual cores at my own expense, then got it back wrong and incompatible CPUS for my system, then no more communication and ended with a no longer usable system (because there are no more suitable cpus). Ebay protection expired through delayed tactics. Details: At first I had a positive feeling. The delivery arrived very quickly. Then we started. Unfortunately, something wrong was delivered. I thought it could happen and tried to call. Announcement "Working hours from 11am to 3pm" ok called at 9am. from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., however, there was always "participant not available" as if the cell phone was off. I tried it again and again in parallel for weeks. Of course, I also sent an email the same day and got a response two days later. I should take pictures of the article first, especially the barcodes, was ok. Then a few days later I should send the wrong CPUs back at my expense (I ordered 2 quad cores 3 GHZ, got two dual cores with 2.66 GHZ.). A little stupid but still in the frame. then I finally got a package with two CPUs 10 days later. Unfortunately not the one I ordered! : D slowly I got the feeling you were kidding me. I had ordered cpus with 80 watts tdp and got 150 watts, firstly almost twice as much waste heat and electricity costs, secondly incompatible with the system I bought: D. From this point on there was no useful conversation with the seller, all my attempts to get the goods I ordered and paid for were ineffective and due to delayed tactics - "thank you for your email we will contact you" are the 90 days Ebay protection expired and I couldn't get my money back from eBay. Now look with PayPal. It may be that everything is ok if you get what you ordered the first time, but if there are problems there is no happy ending with this seller.
