Consulting, delivery and above all installation service is top and thus differs significantly from purchase alternatives in the network, even where there are no significant price differences.

Great service !! And not just once. Last time we were "especially happy". A dishwashers classified as "not repairable" by another company ended up being repaired directly with us, and have been running smoothly since then ... we saved a lot of money compared to an immediate new purchase;)

After the customer service of a large furniture store reclaimed the "no reasonably" loud noise for us as a "reasonable", we turned to EP: Ohlhoff with the request for advice and recommendation of an alternative device. We had previously had very good experience with advice and service on the purchase and delivery of our washing machine and a dryer. Our expectations were far exceeded! Instead of looking for the fast business and selling a new device, the error on the "foreign device" was searched and found. Complaints to the manufacturer, delivery, removal and installation were made by EP: Ohlhoff independently. There were no costs for us! Here customer satisfaction and service is still very important! Thanks and keep it up!
