Fraudsters and rip-offs at Rügen PC Billrothstrasse in Bergen! Brought laptop for repair. When asked whether repair is possible, it was said about 100 euros. Had to sign repair approval for € 100. The next working day came the information that it will cost € 250 (REPLACEMENT OF THE HINGES). For this price, we didn't want any repairs. The clerk knew that. Agreed to pick up the device the next day. No notification of costs incurred. Neither on delivery nor on the phone. However, I only got the laptop back after paying almost € 30. Alleged wages for nothing? Yes, it had to be researched for prices ...... !!!! Evil, who thinks bad about it ..... So be careful with Nord PC in Bergen auf Rügen. Such companies should be avoided, so that more customers are not ripped off. Unfortunately we googled too late for reviews. .... otherwise we would have known the mesh.

Order via Amazon was not delivered despite specifying a specific delivery date. No further information or advice. Article was of course canceled, after all, money was not also debited! There is one well-deserved star for this. Definitely not a top tip for serious internet shopping!

great advice from Mr. Stephan P. various hardware such as mainboard, RAM`s, SSD hard drives bought everything in stock. I am super satisfied and recommend you to others !!!!!!

As a company in intra-Community delivery traffic, no VAT will be charged. Nord PC has the UST but still charged, although my UID number is indicated on Amazon. Despite repeated requests, no new invoice has been issued to me until now - all other vendors have done so in retrospect without hesitation if this mistake has happened to them. As a company FINGER WEG.
