I felt that I was in really good hands with M&B Care. My questions were answered very quickly by email or WhatsApp, and if I wanted to make a call, we arranged a phone call. I even got answers at the weekend, because that's when I had most of the time to work on my application and ask questions. If I didn't understand something, I was even given instructions. The information brochure that I received by email at the beginning was very informative and very nicely structured with pictures. I think it's great that I didn't have to send anything by post, I could just submit everything by email. I was even able to buy a sustainable M&B Care bottle and got a discount on a suitcase. I also find it helpful that I received tips on sustainable travel. If you also want to become an au pair, I can only recommend M&B Care. I think the support is great!

I was with M&B Care in Kenya and supported a volunteer project there. It was a once in a lifetime experience! M&B Care helped me a lot with the registration, my questions were answered quickly and I was also able to reach the agency via WhatsApp at the weekend. Madeleine and Beatrice were able to give me lots of tips for volunteering and spending my free time, as they had already been there several times. I love Africa and will definitely go to Kenya again.
