Truly awful experience. All we wanted to ask about was whether there are any seats left (to buy a ticket!), but the man (after answering in English?) proceeded to ignore us and refuse to communicate. We ended up leaving because he would not tell us anything (not even a goodbye). We did not travel with them (despite wanting to), but it's probably for the best; at the same time we were there, another group was waiting for Eurolines for over an hour.

Booking has been cancelled all of a sudden after my stay and return bookings done. At least will be ok if they refund my return booking cost. But they say companies are different and I need to contact the destination company though both are eurolines. Disappointing

Buses are ok. No wifi even though they promise. And not at all on time. Cant track the buses by any means and hotline is of no help in case of delays. Flixbus anyday.

Very uncomfortable seats. Staff are rude and not helpful. Will follow the time though.
