We had a breakdown on Saturday night around 9:15 p.m. on the way home from our summer vacation. The boss personally came on site and informed and reacted very calmly and calmly. We got a rental car super fast, and could at least travel home. With the help of Mr. Brandt and the towing service, we were at home only about 2 hours later than planned, despite the breakdown, towing, reloading, etc. The necessary repairs to our car were carried out very quickly within the budget mentioned. We had a flat tire with our Golf because we had run in a screw. We called the dealership and asked for help. An employee immediately made his way to us, even though it was shortly after closing.
The tire was patched on site to stay mobile. A new tire was ordered and the next day the patched tire was exchanged for a new one. Great service and everything was straightforward.
We are glad that we are a customer of such a helpful car dealership.
