Worst and terrible restaurant. Are there no 0 stars or minus star on Google Maps? I've actually used it for two years, because I didn't have alternative to eating fried chicken in Leipzig. But I'll never use it again. Waiting time is ALWAYS too long and too unfriendly. There is no responsibility for wrongdoing and is urgent to avoid.

Food is okay but the attitude of the workers there is so pure. The little asian girl (Minh something) looks like she doesn't even want to work there, looms so tired and I can't even hear her. They're all so slow! Really not expecting this fron a brand like KFC

The food is delicious, the chicken is tinder and the fries are crispy...... Not very clean though 😯😯
