Summary: disrespectful staff, choose another place if respect matters to you Terrible service with 2 of their staff on two separate occasions. They were disrespectful when asked for a bag to carry the order in (disrespectful joke to the client’s face, aggressive attitude). If being respected is important to you, choose another chain from Leipzig’s HBF.

The food was warmed.The brеad was dry. Nothing was fresh. Everything was so bad. I'm so dissappinted.

The coffee and the burger tasted good, they were of the average McDonald's quality. The restaurant is cozy, the view onto the train tracks is lovely for train enthusiasts and real flowers give the café a nice touch. They have a toilet and are open 24 h which is both great.
