I always got a suitable appointment via the great online system and I could always reach you by phone to make an appointment! There is always a good atmosphere in the salon and the conversations with Steffi and Jenny are enriching, so haircutting is fun! A week ago I got the appointment to cut lace. On Friday, February 28th, 2020 They then gave me a phone number with a request that if anything came up I should call. Yesterday I went straight to work at the hairdresser and they told me that my colleague had gotten sick and that unfortunately I couldn't be taken care of. And that I didn't leave a phone number because I couldn't be canceled. Yes unfortunately nobody asked me for my phone number when I got the appointment. And I wouldn't have been able to reach me anyway because I was working in the clinic. Nevertheless, I could have been offered to wait. After all, I just wanted to have the tips cut and dry, which for me was very customer-unfriendly.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. There is someone in the salon who cuts the hair contour and shaves eyebrows totally unprofessionally. I've never seen anything like it. And if you send the customer out on the street and collect the full price, it is very bad. I cannot recommend this salon. That was the second time. Salon Figaro had to save everything they did very well.
