I noticed that, with the frequently changing employees, there is less friendliness every time. Armchairs are only used for decoration and so that you don't even get embarrassed about using them, they lie on the floor.

I am a member of the Sunpoint Club and I was always satisfied there ... until today !!! After I entered the tanning salon in Upstallstrasse today (08/30/2020 at around 5:20 p.m.), I would be turned away in a very unfriendly way and wait there, I did that too ... Me I waited there and during this time I read through all the precautionary measures regarding Covid-19. There just said; Keep a distance of 1.5 meters !!! ; Wear a nose mask ; No more than 4 people are allowed to be in front! .... then I approached the elderly lady with short, dyed blonde hair; Why did you send me outside?!?! .... In the front there is nobody but me and you (the unfriendly employee) replied: It's not raining outside and I should wait outside until I am called !!! ............ After I wanted to leave the sun studio, I asked her for her name, she refused and said that her boss would contact me in writing (this has turned out to be a threat listened to) .... Now I am waiting for mail from your boss .... This unfriendly employee of this tanning salon has often occurred to me with her unfriendly manner, but I didn't think anything else about it .... in the end, each of us has his bad day .... but it's funny when you're constantly " that unfriendly, dissatisfied face sees !!! I find the two women who work at "Douglas" the best and friendliest 💙 .... and everyone else has been very nice so far 💟 Best regards

Unfortunately, my few experiences with tanning studios have been my undoing. After finding out that other studio chains offer summer breaks, which seems realistic, I pay 10 euros less a month and nothing in summer if I don't want to. However, according to the tried and tested principle, Sunpoint offers 12-month contracts that probably do not affect the salaries of employees who are increasingly unfriendly and change faster than I can remember their names. The days of queuing are obviously over and when you have to take what you get, the quality suffers in all areas.

Apart from the fact that Sunpoint still has 12-month gag contracts without summer suspension and horrendous prices, there is no more music in the banks, insects keep a close eye on the tanning process and the floor is slightly lighter than at the discounter. Since I started looking for alternatives, these things have become much clearer to me.
