Very nice for animal lovers and kids over 4ish. The animals are too few and far between for the toddlers to appreciate; this is more of a long trek through the forest with an assortment of gorgeous deer and wild pigs. The playground has absolutely nothing for toddlers, which is a bit of a let down considering the facility's ample space. A family like mine is better off at the zoo.

This is another gem which every visitor to the Eifel-region should visit. The park is huge and although we've spent the whole day there, we only managed to see half of the park. The gravel on the roads can make for a bit of a bumpy ride for Junior, but the closeup experience with the animals is something very special. For €1 you can buy a bag of food at reception to feed the deer with. There are food machines in the park, but unfortunately none of them worked. Another highlight is that you are allowed to take your own beverages in, so a family picnic is definitely worth a try.

We had a very nice walk! Saw the animals really up close!

The Park is ok, for example if you want a nice walk between some 'wild life'. The playground for kids is a bit outdated, and you need to pay for part of the playground attributes. The restaurant is poor when you are a vegetarian. Only German Food on the menu, which means a lof of Meat.
