Have a kitchen in October 2019 and now have a complaint. At first you didn't want to come and discussed for 30 minutes and then you got an appointment in 3 weeks. Mega !!!! 🧐

Hands off. Taubensee Junior is constantly on the phone during the consultation. The appointment for the follow-up measurement was made at 9:30 a.m., the appointment is canceled at 9:55 a.m. No proper advice.
You sign every page, every sheet. If something is not correct afterwards, no complaint will be accepted. After all, you signed it. Read the terms and conditions carefully, no right of withdrawal, unfriendly to the customer. You also pay in advance. The complaint from May 15th was processed on August 6th. When asked whether a final inspection of the kitchen would take place via the kitchen studio, this was answered in the negative. The way it all went, you could have bought the kitchen on the Internet. The only sensible thing about this business is Mike Buder, who set up the kitchen for us.
