We ordered many things from Oskar store: 1) Kitchen Weiß Hochglanz R Linie. Firstly as everyone we were afraid to order a kitchen from this shop. The delivery was not good, but this is the problem of DB Schenker. The seller did the best to pack and make it delivered on time. The kitchen for this price is the best we could ever had. The assembly was very easy with all instructions inside. Furthermore, all accessories (screws and etc) were packed separately in a box for each cupboard. 2) Schreibtisch (One part of the parcel was lost by DPD, but the seller answered my email and sent it again very fast). The table is really good quality and very comfortable. 3) Bathroom mirror. Despite unsatisfied reviews I found it very nice and deep enough. 4) Garderobe. Also very good quality. 5) Couchtisch. Easy to assemble and beautiful. Everything was packed in a very good way. The delivery was very fast. I do really thank Oskar Store for the goods and excellent service.

I ordered 2 months ago through Amazon a library from this shop, after delivery i realize the pieces for building it are completely wrong. I contact the seller and i explain the problem by email. After a couple of weeks i get the reply that my mail will be forwarded to a responsible person. I keep waiting. After several days i have been informed i will get the missing parts delivered and i can get rid myself of the pieces i don't need. I think finally i will have a solution. This was more than one month ago, and i didn't get anything in the while. I write again saying that i didn't get the missing parts, i need the furniture and if in 2 weeks i don't get anything i want my money back. Still today i am waiting for a reply. Don't buy from them, it's a fraud. Better to spend a little more, but be sure you get what you need

Bought a Elstead 7.2kw pellet stove from this company, need a new ignitor without this machin cannot start the fire. I was told they do not sell this pellet stove or stock any spare parts. When I asked them to give me the manufacturer contact details so that I can get the part, I was told they cannot and will not provide me the information. So now I a pellet stove that cannot be used. Very bad customer service and not willing to help their customers
