I have asked for callback for the purpose of an ongoing procedure, this was ignored three times after repeated call I was told that the lawyer may not talk to me, but I wonder then how I should send her the keys to the property, without personal contact. Without personal contact a key return is not possible ....

In case of problems with the landlord, I can recommend Fr.RA.Marx. She knows what she is doing. The employees in the anteroom are dependent on the day. Unfortunately, I can not judge the rest.
