He did not want any personal communication, either on the phone or in the shop in Goslar. Very unfriendly treatment by the manager of a toy store Our 5-year-old grandchild has collected “VEDESTALERS” worth € 60 bought a model car. We complained about this after driving for 20 minutes because the remote control was not working correctly and the battery could not be charged. Reaction of the boss: ..... after a very friendly employee Ms. H. said we can come over and get our money back and they send the car to the manufacturer. We drove to the Goslar branch for the third time. As announced, we wanted to collect the money at the branch - Unfriendly phone call directly in the shop with the managing director, who was sitting in his office in the house, who was not ready to talk to me as a customer in person, but just answered me cheekily on the phone that I would not get the money back and he would Deduct his employee's money from the wages ... if she agrees with me ... I was horrified ....!!!!! - Retried phone call with the boss, Mr. B., he swept away from me and also in the next phone call from my husband by simply hanging up and referring to an email. - I got an email that said the battery was defective and he ordered us a new one, ... for a new car !!!! Another phone call with Mr. B. that the car is completely new and that we will not pay a battery and that we want to have all the money back, again no communication on the phone was possible. A managing director, with such a type of management, type of complaint handling, such communication with customers, impossible !!!! Since there was no reaction from the management after 3 weeks, I screamed an email as a reminder - >>> I haven't received an answer to my email until today. Today after 4 weeks I received a package with the model car I had bought and an invoice In the amount of - >>>>>> € 20.49 for model construction accessories and € 5.50 postage A BOTTOMLESS FREEDOM, FOR A COMPLAINT AFTER 30 minutes by car WE WILL NEVER ENTER THIS STORE AGAIN

Are very well sorted, but very narrow and winding sales areas.

Really a great and nice toy store with toys for children of all ages, including adults. However, one should be aware that they do not accept visas, but there is a cash machine in the Kaiser Passage just around the corner. Can only be recommended if you are going to Goslar.

A business where we like to go, of course childhood memories are awakened here too. The range is okay and you can overlook the slightly higher prices than the competition on the Internet. Unfortunately, the checkout process was not a real experience, as we were processed here rather very soberly and impersonally. Still an asset for Goslar and we will continue to shop there in the future.
