My move was carried out by the company without any problems. I was always able to get in touch with any questions. The staff were very friendly and I am glad to have chosen this company. Even the short-term appointment was taken into account. Very professional :)

Absolutely not to be recommended! 1. Contrary to the previous agreement, one helper came too little. One of the remaining helpers was only there to drive and not to carry. 2. There was no proper arrangement or even an inspection. A van (Sprinter) that was much too small came along - I could have driven it myself, I could have saved myself the insanely expensive company. Paid assembly and disassembly of the furniture did not work. I had to pay extra (of course, under the hand without a receipt because it was black) so that work could continue at all. And that although we did more than half of it alone. 3. The moving helpers handled the furniture and boxes badly. The company does not want to take on the damage caused, as they WARNING - have no insurance and are too small (because they are part-time). So far there is no agreement in sight, and I only want to get compensation for the worst damage. Conclusion - I've moved a lot myself and have helped with even more moves - this was by far the worst move of all. An absolute disaster.

We moved on 20.09.2018 from Osterode am Harz to Bad Grund (Harz). The staff were fast and competent, every time again.
