At Bärenschmiede I ordered goods online. The DHL Packstation at the destination address was unfortunately broken, the goods went back automatically. Of course, the seller is not responsible for that. There followed multiple correspondence, the seller seemed quite concerned. On my repeated statement that DHL has sent me no message (the station seemed to have a fire damage during my inspection visits), I was condescendingly explained in an e-mail the basic function of a packing station. Moreover, no assurances were given to my statements, an outrageous and humiliating answer. I do not have to put up with a salesman telling me I'm not telling the truth. This person appreciates computers more than his customers. Much discussion, no goods and no refund of shipping costs. Not recommendable.
