Actually I would like to rank them by minus 5 stars. And here is the story, Today, I was in the book shop because my son received other book than the one he has asked the seller in the shop to order. First my son tried to explain that the order was no correct and he want to have the right book. The lady refused to exchange the book and she claims that that was his teacher mistake. However, my son provided all the details about the book to the seller who did the order before. The lady then refused to talk with my son. I went to the shop and while i was explaining to her that the seller should use all information to make sure that she ordered the right book she used the phone and I was expecting her to call one of the managers to talk with. she called the security men. The security men understand the situation and ask her if I can met one of the management. i still can not understand her behavior and she is like saying even we did a mistake i will call the security men to prevent from getting your right as a customer

Very well stocked book and magazine shop. Rarely that magazines are presented so well. Good selection of local books. The location of the shop is very inviting, you can't go by. The staff is friendly and helpful.
