Ms. Rosenberg is a wonderful and loving person in dealing with animals as well as with humans. Care is carried out with responsibility, I entrust my absolutely incompatible dog really hardly anyone, for fear it could happen by carelessness something. She is on time, keeps the times and cares lovingly and with a lot of cuddles. In addition, we have had positive experiences with the swimming therapy, we had to lift the dog in, but she has built up a great trust that she continues to jump into every water! For questions in between, whether that is a limp or a question about feeding, Ms. Rosenberg is one with good advice and tips to the side. Clear recommendation.

We had commissioned Mrs. Rosenberg for the holiday care of our two cats. Unfortunately, things went wrong. Offer was created without VAT for us as a private person (no hint as well plus VAT), which we noticed however only with receipt of invoice (4 days before the vacation). But we also thought our cats and house would be well taken care of and paid well. When getting to know each other and when picking up the keys, it was pointed out that our elderly lady occasionally goes to the sofa. Incontinence pads were more than enough available. On holiday we were repeatedly confirmed it would be all right, except that our elderly lady in the house from time to time can not see. However, when we came home in the middle of the night we were shocked. Incontinence pads lying on the sofa were fully urinated and kinked (and not just 1-2 days). Ms. Rosenberg did not even manage to change her incontinence documents in 8 days. After a nice holiday, we spent the first night with about 3 hours. Sofareinigung. The front door was also not completed, which would have turned out to be great for the insurance in case of a break-in. Carpet was also spit and nothing was cleaned away. A WhatsApp message has not been replied to today (7 days after), which we find very modest. Apparently this is not a problem, so we're going to make it public.
