Very helpful and friendly, large selection of vehicles. After an accident, we got a replacement car here quickly and easily. It was very hot that day and we had our two dogs with us. While I was filling out the contract for the car, the staff provided the two with cool water. Simply great! Many thanks for the support!
Great experience. Unfortunately, the company's dispo provided us with a vehicle that was too small for our vacation trip. After we expressed our concerns, we received an upgrade from an actually more expensive larger vehicle at the same price with the very friendly staff on site, with which we could go on vacation very well and without space problems.
That was really great and we were very grateful to the team for this uncomplicated and great solution for us.
