With a small question about my PC, she was obviously overwhelmed. Unfortunately, there was nobody else in the shop who could help me. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this store.

In my case someone threw a glass of Coke, which ran into the upper ventilation holes of my PC and thus over the entire Mainbord, until on the graphics card a puddle formed. I read everything as it was and brought my PC to the "professionals" for cleaning ... In the end I got a new graphics card worth 50 € and two (of three) too small fans in the wrong LED color (the graphics card rusted so probably no troubleshooting). At home, I cleaned my PC once with isopropanol (alcohol) and a cloth so that you could at least watch him, because absolutely nothing was done! One could at least clean the coarsest but neither hard drive housing, side covers, heatsinks or anything else was only slightly cleaned; not to mention small parts. My fingers stuck from wearing the PC. At the pickup. Of course you could argue that before you break anything you leave it. Only sugar supplies electricity so the cola usually needs to be cleaned off before the PC can be started. A miracle that something did not happen again. Cost 150 €, neat! Of course, since then I have cleaned my PC several times roughly (dust inside, wash outside). Now with the recent rebuilding and the disassembling, at the same time frightened and astonished at the extent of this impudence. I started to clean (with isopropanol, towels and a soft toothbrush) and part of the indignation rose until I decided to take pictures. The parts were at the time as already mentioned, although almost clean and black on black you can see just bad, but on closer inspection, the CONSTRUCTIONS are clearly visible.
