It was about my best friend getting an injection, for which we had been making an appointment for months. 5 minutes before we arrived it was said on the phone, the doctor is ill, you have to postpone the appointment. It must be said that we had a long start of over 100km, and that it alone is an impudence to call 5 minutes before, although it was long known that the doctor was sick. Then we were taken over by another doctor, who then made it clear to us that the drug was not in stock, even though we had known for months that we would come. They then forgave us an alternative date for two days later. When we arrived, we had to wait two hours. After our nerves were already blank, we went to the front desk to ask where the doctor would stay. Then we were then sent to the doctor's room, where the doctor was not to be found first. After a long search, we found him then so he could tell us that he told the ambulance that we should have been led to another doctor on. All the fun then continued, and when we arrived at the doctor, we were presented with a recipe for all evil. Now we were allowed to drive (!!!) into the Apptheke to get the drug, so he gets it finally injected. Spent three hours of my life over a matter of no more than 15 minutes and a communication problem that would have been completely unnecessary and avoidable. So I can only advise against being treated there.
