So, I'm lying here right now and I have to say that everyone is very friendly. If you have any questions, you will be answered immediately and I feel very comfortable here and am really grateful. Anyone who has to go to the hospital has to be patient and forbear. And it echoes from the forest how one calls into it.

My wife and other patients had to sit in the cold hallway for over 4 hours and wait for a cardiac catheter examination. Nobody says whether you are allowed to eat or drink something as a patient, nobody on the staff tells the patient when to continue. The patients are hungry, thirsty and can no longer sit because they have multiple stiffened discs. As a patient you feel like a head of cattle at the slaughter! We have now canceled the treatment because, in our opinion, a good treatment cannot be guaranteed. If the doctor has an emergency now, that's okay, but he can't treat the mass of patients at all today without slowing down. And usually the quality ends up below that and I won't allow that in my wife. The patient could at least be brought to their room and looked after by the nursing staff so that they don't get even more upset before a heart exam. That's not how it works! We will also think twice about whether we will really go through such an ordeal again.

I've been here a lot over the past year. Several chemos were necessary and a final stem cell transplant. Even now I keep coming to outpatient and inpatient check-ups. With a few exceptions, doctors and nursing staff are very competent and friendly, helpful. However, the administration and organization is in need of improvement. The food on offer is underground and, in my opinion, does not contribute to people's health.

Was in November 2018 with atrial fibrillation and subsequent echocardiography and electrocardioversion in the UK. In June 2019 again atrial fibrillation and subsequent echocardiography and Electrocardioversion and now up to pneumonic vein isolation in the UKS. I can only say top how to deal with these issues, the staff in the individual departments is competent and super friendly, from admission to discharge. Special thanks to PD Dr. med. Ukena Christian and dr. med. Millenaar Dominic and the entire team of electrophysiology and rhythmology in Building 41.1 and Station 8
