Very nice store however, I was disappointed with the fact that I wanted them to replace a bag that was in there store as my seems on my bag are beginning to pull apart. The store manager was unable to help. I was unsure that we had to register my bag at purchase of we didn't have the receipt. For the amount of money these bags cost, one would think the store clerk would register it at purchase to cover the customer. That was poor customer service on the company as a whole.

Worst customer service ever. The saleswomen in the Zweibrücken store are extremely rude and unprofessional, even shouting at the customer: "Now stop, it's not our problem!" This is neither how you handle a reclamation nor how you treat human beings. I expect an apology and the tall blonde woman get fired. Still waiting for a solution for my case. Thanks for nothing.
