They close at 16:00 during the week despite their published hours of close at 18:00. I had a car pickup scheduled at 16:30, there was no contact to me of this change in hours and no answer when i called at 16:20. A very rude, person waited on me the next day. I like how my car was "gone" even though I was there at open the next day and it was still sitting in the lot. DON'T RENT FROM THIS LOCATION !!!!!

Bottomless insolence, closed, no information on the website, can now take a taxi to Ludwigshafen! Customer orientation equals ZERO NEVER AGAIN EUROPCAR Just disrespectful and cheeky!

So far, I have always been very satisfied here, but I wonder why I can reserve a car for 16:00 clock online, at point 16:00 clock the branch but already closed. Not only that then the system is automatically shut down from the central and the staff has to register everything manually, and I felt like a felon, because the service force "had to stay" for five minutes longer. Under customer service I understand something else ... Update: After this incident I have been very satisfied since then. The staff were friendly and accommodating, so I adjust my star rating.
