Super service

I bought a Siemens washer-dryer from Seidel. The delivery was on time as agreed and the staff are extremely nice and helpful. All in all, you get the impression that the working atmosphere in this company is right and that the employees are very motivated and competent in their work. If you value service quality, good and fair dealings with customers and employees, and professional competence, then you are in good hands with Seidel. Basically, I am of the opinion that family businesses of this type represent a beneficial alternative to large retail chains that is worth preserving and that are only "optimized" according to business indicators. Clear 5 stars from me.

My friend left a television at Seidel in Speyer. After 3 weeks of waiting it was said: repair costs almost 400 euros! She said it's not worth it! Then it was faked and the conversation went back and forth! Allegedly the TV has already been repaired and she has to pay the amount of almost 400 euros when she refused, she ended up paying 150 euros! But that was too much for such an old television! Very dubious shop also very arrogant and unfriendly! Here you just want to see money, everything else is uninteresting here! All of these ratings given here look very suspicious! Were these given by your own employees or even just bought?

We were very satisfied! All employees are very competent and friendly. We were particularly satisfied with Mr. Pfister-Ertemelli, who was able to solve a problem with our Metz TV with a lot of commitment and perseverance. Everything great! We can highly recommend EP Seidel. It really pays off to support local retailers and to have a personal contact.
