Bought a couch there, did the payment of about 3,000 € in advance, got a confirmation via email that the payment was received 4 days ago, trying to call them since then, can't reach anyone there by phone to get any information when they are gonna to send the couch to my place. Bad customer service.

I have been looking for suitable chairs for my dining room on the Internet for a long time and haven't found them for a long time until I came across this shop. About a month ago I bought 4 Zaja chairs for my first own apartment here and to this day I am more than satisfied with this decision. I received great advice on site and the staff were very friendly.

The KAWOLA corner sofa RISO ordered blind, because based on the pictures we could not find a comparably beautiful sofa at a similar price either online or in various shops. Not even those that are significantly more expensive could inspire us nearly as much. Due to Corona or whatever waiting (over three months after ordering and full payment !!!), the piece of jewelery is finally in our living room. Was a bit of a thrill because we neither saw the sofa live nor could we test it. Delivery time was really more than marginal, therefore one star less. But now we are thrilled!
