Three years ago, bought two new mattresses. Now the seams are torn in two mattresses at the foot end. It is clearly evident that the material was made too short. The seller also confirmed this and spoke of a production defect. After a week there was a call that the 2-year guarantee had expired and nothing could be done. Even though I am of the opinion that there is a product shortage here, which is not yet time-barred, I would have been satisfied with an appreciative little credit when buying new ones. But unfortunately, probably was not interested in two new mattresses for sale.

We were particularly satisfied with the advice given to Ms Zwißler, who demonstrated her full competence, patience and empathy. You didn't get the feeling that you had to pull the money out of your pocket or have to make a purchase (unlike anywhere else!) Thanks to their expertise, I am convinced that I will spend many wonderful years with my new bedding, especially my mattress. The assortment in other branches was a little bit more extensive, but because of the outstanding sympathy I would always go to this branch again and again. Kind regards Jana K.

Wanted after 15 minutes with very good advice a box spring bed for over 2,500 euros order. Contract was already finished, just had to be printed. Then the saleswoman said that I have to pay IMMEDIATELY and today ... That can not be. Then I am to the company SOMNOS the same evening and was advised top. Bed ordered there and delivered yesterday. Mattresses Concord does not seem to need it..Never again !!!!!
