Very competent and friendly advice. Our wishes were taken into account and implemented very nicely. The kitchen was installed on schedule and super quickly and cleanly. Cooking is now even more fun. I can recommend everyone to buy a kitchen from Dassbach.
I bought my new kitchen from Dassbach Küchen in Speyer. From the planning of the kitchen (by Mr. Voss) to the delivery and installation of the kitchen, I am completely satisfied and can only recommend the Dassbach company. A 100% satisfactory solution was found for every planning problem. The delivery was on schedule and the kitchen was installed quickly and perfectly. I am more than happy with my new kitchen. Totally disappointed
Kitchen is very nice and well planned. Unfortunately, 2 little things went wrong which is not an issue. We were promised that they would take care of it and what we would get as compensation. Just empty words. We had to run after them so often and it was always emphasized that we would take care of it. I don't understand why one is only after money and then no longer cares about the customer.
A shame and disappointing. 2 couples who liked our kitchen are not to Dassbach for a new kitchen due to our description. I can only advise everyone else. Go to another store where the customer is still valued.
We had very friendly, competent and yet humorous and human advice from Mr. Diehm, in this context again very high praise and thanks for the overtime on the weekend.
In general, we can say that a lot of time is taken here for planning and discussion. Cabinets and devices can be viewed on site so that you get a good overview of the quality and equipment. The boss even took the time for our difficult floor plan and made further suggestions and empirical values. Many thanks to the great team!
The kitchen was well planned and set up cleanly except for small defects. Due to the fact that the deficiencies could no longer be corrected, we were promised compensation. For almost a year and multiple contacts, still no compensation or recalls .. A shame. - Addendum- After a few months, an employee calls me about the evaluation and asked for ... he wanted to clarify it was again a month ago ...
