Guaranteed full replacement of the child seat after an accident. Purchase argument! No more. We ordered the next seat on the Internet, it was more practical anyway ....
The staff are always very friendly and have always given us good advice without giving us the feeling that they want to talk us into something. In particular Horst Lenz, who has already advised us several times, gave us professional and patient information on all questions. Even when we were there on a Monday when there were a lot of customers, we didn't seem stressed at all, but were very friendly and took a lot of time. We like to come back again and again.
The staff (special thanks to Isabelle) are very friendly and we were given great and detailed advice on all our concerns (strollers, children's rooms, etc.). We are happy with our purchases and would love to come back.
Great, courteous and friendly staff. We were given extensive advice on the strollers and therefore ordered our dream stroller 2 weeks ago, which was lovingly made available for collection within 2 weeks.
