I have to give a star here. Mr Schey had a tenancy law mandate. In our conversations, I had to draw his attention to possible approaches that I have read up myself. So the advice was bad. Ambition is like a foreign word for him. When I needed further help in the same case but with a new mandate, he refused to represent me. I was probably a client who asked too much of him and for whom the sreitwert was too low.

After the phone call just made, 1 star is too many for me. In May 2019, Mr. Schey took over the mandate for our move out of our former rental apartment. We agreed to hand over the apartment (at which Mr. Schey was 1 hour late). After the apartment was handed over so far, we agreed by telephone to take further steps after about 6 months in order to pay the deposit. Well, what can we say! In the meantime, Mr. Schey accepted our ex-landlord's mandate despite the fact that we were his clients. Sure, that he can choose his clients as he wants, but I find it absurd to take our ex-landlord as a mandate if WE are his clients! After our phone call, the good gentleman said that we should look for a new lawyer because he would get into a dilemma because he would not complain against his own client. It would look strange. Isn't that WE are / were his clients! I cannot recommend him because he thinks he has to make his own rules and don't want to stick to agreements.
