Top wellness, room and breakfast great! We recommend!

We wanted to redeem our voucher immediately after the Corona lock. It was not possible to use the voucher for another room. Complaint went unanswered. My friend then booked under his name some time later. The day before we emailed the option of upgrading the room for an additional charge, which we did not accept. Arrived at the hotel: At the reception we were not told where to find anything, nor were suitcases brought to the room, which is for 4 stars superior ..... Furthermore, there is apparently almost only trainees, which is basically nice, but the bland aftertaste of cheap labor remains ..... The room, sh. Pictures was a shock to us. Badly ventilated, used down, small, dirty, broken windows, cobwebs, tattered curtains. View of the inner courtyard, which wasn't exactly quiet. The sound of urinating into the toilet from a room next to it rounded off the background noise. A look at the wooden cladding outside shows that painting is urgently needed. Painting the exterior facade would also be advisable. The spa area was ok. Mrs. Storch was very nice and showed us everything we needed to know. A very nice employee, whom I would like to praise. The trainee, Ms. Szeles, in the bistro area is a very nice, courteous personality. The bistro area was unfortunately dirty again. Dirty windows, cobwebs. Also here I refer to the pictures. The breakfast was good, but standard. Other guests were offered coffee in a pot or a fried egg, we weren't told or offered it. We got that at the next table with ..... Well, I can recommend better hotels ..... we are disappointed .... I also consider paid parking for overnight guests to be a rip-off. But the pizzeria in Otterstadt was great. About 15 minutes on foot.

Very nice spa, spaciously laid out with plenty of space and quiet opportunities, clean and very well-kept, many saunas to enjoy and experience. Gladly again.

A very personable, quiet hotel that is suitable for both business trips and private trips. The hotel is very scenic, close to some lakes. Room, service and breakfast are great. The spa area made a very good impression on me, but I didn't have time to visit it. One point is deducted from the fact that parking costs € 15 a day.

Can't understand the bad reviews! Great service, nice spa and very clean :-)
