Unfortunately, you can not give 0 stars which would have earned this travel agency! Have tried over 1 week to book a hotel here. We went to this travel agency every day. At first, we first picked out a hotel which was to go 3 times, as the first suggestions were not promised. But we knew that the 3rd suggestion must be there and announced that we would come the next day to book something. When we found a hotel that met our taste, we got some information on the internet and then another time to the travel agency to book it. Since we also got some information from the travel agency about this hotel that promised us we found this to be the right hotel. When we were there to book it was called suddenly we would need a passport which we forgot to take. Our fault. But since they knew that we would come to book you could say that. When we had the passports the next day it was suddenly said that we were given false information and that the whole hotel was only from 18. Then we are back home because there are travelers who are still under 18. Bad if you want to under 18 in a hotel that is only about 18 what the travel agent could have told before the hotel offered us. At home, I then looked on the Internet and found out that the hotel has a children's playground. So the travel agency had just squandered and went back to finally book. Now it was said that it is the only two adult pools. Great new information why the hotel is not suitable for us. That's it with this travel agency we've had patience long enough! So should book a holiday really not!
