Great advice nice staff.

Be careful when booking, get shown what you want and don't get what was discussed !!!! Then the office manager (the vacation was booked with her) cannot be reached and does not call back. I stated that we would like to have separate rooms with a connecting door and have taken one of the most loyal hotels, as it was supposedly only possible there and had to pay almost 100 euros extra for sea view; since there is supposedly no other room as I wanted it to be. Arrived and had a small shabby room with a sofa bed. TUI Vorort informed me that a travel agency could not book the rooms with a connecting door, only thinks about the hotel it is possible. I paid almost 4000 euros for a great vacation, went to the travel agency that my wishes are met. TUI just said the whole time that TUI hadn't made a mistake. I booked the vacation with my sister-in-law, she was there and couldn't believe it either, as we excluded many hotels with Mrs. B. (office manager) that didn't have separate rooms. Man offered us that for 500 euros, after four days we got the room that Ms. B. showed us from the start and promised. I DO NOT ONLY FEEL DELIBERATELY CHEAP BUT AM ALSO SHOCKED HOW THE TUI REISECENTER SPEYER DEALS WITH ITS CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER BOOK A HOLIDAY THERE AGAIN. LAWYER IS ALSO INVOLVED !!!!!!
