Very friendly owners and equally friendly employees and drivers. The buses are in pristine and well-kept condition. We felt we were in very good hands and looked after. There are only positive things to say about this company! We will be very happy to travel with you again! Until next time!

This bus company is absolutely not recommended! First of all the positive: the buses are (to some extent) well-kept, mostly clean, there is no waste or anything like that. But now the negative, and the biggest weak point of this company: the absolutely incompetent and incompetent drivers. I am writing (since the buses are probably currently at a standstill) of our experiences in 2019. The driver was always far too late at first. After 15 minutes late, our manager even suspected that the bus would never come again. Once the bus stops, the driver snaps at you that you have to get in the front, even though the rear door was open. The drivers Mr. Röther and Mr. Friedel in particular attracted particular negative attention: Mr. Röther simply has absolutely no desire for his job, which you can see very clearly, Mr. Friedel is just squinting all the time and shows no respect for anyone. This is absolutely unacceptable! Now to the boss Peter Deutsch: He is somewhat tolerable and tries to be nice, but rarely comes as a driver and this kindness is very rare for German trips. Luckily, I haven't made a long trip with the company yet, but being stuck in the bus for hours with a stinky boot like Mr. Röther or Mr. Friedel (who, incidentally, gave a five-star rating for the company!) almost horror. As I said: if you catch the boss, which is a rarity, you get a reasonably pleasant ride, if you catch another driver, you have a problem and should rather flee. My tip: Better book somewhere else, because here you are treated unfriendly!
