Unfortunately, there is no information available over the phone at the weekend. Inquiries are therefore only answered much later. So we could only clarify our question about taking a wheelchair user with us when we were there. Unfortunately it is not possible! Now on Tuesday I was asked quite resolutely to take back our negative rating from Sunday. I find this type of customer service and customer approach questionable.

We had a wonderful and beautiful ride. The views are great and you are well served. The service staff is courteous and extremely personable. I highly recommend the experience! We would love to come back. :)
