My application for a tax number for freelance work disappeared between the departments. Instead, an unfriendly discussion with an employee who wanted me to have precise information about the profits beforehand. This is really the last shop!

I think this is the worst tax office in Germany. Documents disappear, there is no telephone accessibility at all. And the bad thing is mistakes are admitted under the smallest of circumstances. If you could give 0 stars I would give 1.

Had to call a couple of times, but when I reached my agent he took his time and was friendly and accommodating. Am satisfied.
