Only bad!!! We can only advise against this dealership !!!!!!! Bought a used vehicle, constantly occurring error, not fixed to this day despite alleged repairs. No documents are handed over for repairs, despite multiple requests. You shirk all responsibility and don't react to anything. Various other defects on the vehicle (determined by ADAC), u. a. Repainted bonnet, incorrectly attached parts, ... No service, no competence and absolutely irresponsible. Better to pay a little more and go to a reliable dealership. We will now have to take legal action to enforce our rights. Unfortunately you have to enter a star, but it should actually be -5 stars !!!

Started strong, slacked off considerably. After having already bought five cars (mostly of the year’s cars) in this dealership, I have now signed the sixth purchase agreement for a Ford Mondeo ST car of the year. Two weeks later, when none of the paintwork was repaired when the car was handed over, the stone chip in the windshield was not repaired, the wrong tires were fitted and I explicitly inquired about the vehicle in the sales talk and the equipment of the vehicle that was promised by the seller in front of me and two witnesses suddenly no longer part of the vehicle, sank my joy at rock bottom. Instead of an apology for the mistakes, which can be human, threats with a lawyer and distortion of the facts by the seller follow. The manager himself does not respond to any of the questions. The only date for supplementary performance so far was canceled by the seller by telephone just 1.5 hours beforehand. This car dealership is therefore definitely no longer recommended.
