Vehicle acquired two months ago until now
no problem
Agreements were kept, everything worked
as discussed.
We no longer buy a vehicle here. Dirty vehicles that are not handed over cleaned, defects that were of course not previously known.
All in all a dealer where I would neither hand in a vehicle for maintenance nor buy a vehicle.
The first impression is deceptive. Agreements were made and deadlines were met. Minor complaints: such as car first aid kit has been missing in the car. TÜV not new (as described in the ad) - The car has, however, still a year TÜV. We are satisfied with the purchase and the car so far.
Car purchase is uncomplicated. After four weeks reduced motor drive (3 indicator lights on). Have then give the car for repair and a week later get a call that I can pick it up. I then realized that my car was used for recreational activities. Not even 24 hours later, all control lights on again. Thanks for the bad service and the unnecessary ways from Hamburg to Neumünster and back.
