Was there twice. Once with my wife and once without. Neither time did I get the impression that I wanted to sell a car. Once it was said 'take a look around' the other time 'for your old car you won't get anything anymore. And goodbye. I have now ordered a new car in Wolfsburg.
Very friendly team, prompt service and excellent service. Buying a car is fun ... again!
I've already bought a few cars, but so far I've never received such competent and friendly advice as here. Whether employee or boss, everyone there has an open ear. Any time. Thumbs up twice.
ATTENTION: Addendum to the evaluation - warranty / material defects
In an interview with the seller, I expressly pointed out that I would like to buy a newer vehicle because my current vehicle is fully functional but old. There is therefore a significantly increased risk of major repairs occurring. I also refused an offered repair insurance with the argument that I have a warranty when buying it. This was and is important to me.
Now (a few weeks after buying it) I have a problem with the car I bought from the Kisin dealership. So I turned to the seller. He informed me that I have NO guarantee because I bought the car as a company car.
Here the Autuhaus Kisin excludes any guarantee in its terms and conditions "... under exclusion of any claims for material defects ...".
A salesperson can do this - but he doesn't have to.
My mistake was not reading the terms and conditions carefully.
SO: BEFORE purchasing, it is essential to read the terms and conditions carefully !!!! AS a company, trader or authority there are certainly better sellers!
Presenting my personal priorities didn't help me at all - just like before, I have a car without any guarantee! So I've spent a lot of money without achieving my goal.
Definitely not buying here again!
