I bought an annual car from Lensch. Due to illness of the seller and a lack of internal forwarding of the matter, the registration and delivery was unfortunately delayed by several weeks, so that the late delivery caused me additional and increased costs (alternative transport / insurance) that could have been avoided. Unfortunately, no one came to meet me or tried to make up for the damage. I give 3 stars because I am completely satisfied with the car and the delivering seller was incredibly friendly, showed understanding and tried to compensate for the mishap.
