Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the dealership. I have an e-car and if it is to be repaired due to the warranty, the car is unfortunately not charged when you want to pick it up again ... you should probably keep customer service in mind.
If you have any questions you can't answer them because you don't seem to worry about e-mobility.
Just bought a used i10 at this dealership. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic rules, which were always adhered to, it was no problem to be looked after in a super friendly manner via email and telephone and to buy a car. The nice sales manager Mr. Wensien and his colleague Mr. Mahnke were not embarrassed about any naive request from me, always answering friendly and competent.
So this dealership really deserves the five stars. Thanks!
I was very positively surprised. Had bought an i30 privately and as it is, you pay 2 times for a private purchase. I immediately got a repair appointment, the service staff were all friendly, the price was perfectly reasonable and on top of that, a few tar splashes were removed from the paint, which I had not mentioned at all.
If I have a problem with my car again or think about buying a new one, I will definitely come back.
I can only say positive things about the service.
The advice was first class and the employee really has a good idea.
The conversation was also very professional and satisfactory.
