Nice place to buy a car. I bought a Mini
Caution - absolutely dubious trader, although fraudsters are actually better off.
Had an engine failure on the autobahn and had to be towed here.
Motor change offer € 19k. Another BMW dealer would have done it for € 14k >> a whopping 35% surcharge.
Then I received an offer from Autohaus Nord for my vehicle, 30% below market value - which I declined with thanks.
In summary, the shoddy attempt to take advantage of a customer's plight.
Seldom had such first class service. In the middle of the autobahn my control lamp lit up, on the way to the car train with little time I called the North car dealership in Neumünster. The service staff were already trying hard on the phone. I could drive off straight away and drive to the dealership. The problem was quickly dealt with there. Flexibility is very important there; Broken part was not in stock, could be removed from a car and used with me. So the problem was solved within 30 minutes: the vacation was saved. THANKS ALOT

Good service through and through. I received excellent advice from Mr. Voß and had the problem of my car solved. I had no disadvantages by dropping off my car, they looked after my car very quickly and very satisfactorily. Will come again :)
