We bought our Galaxy here in December. Everything went smoothly and the contacts were always friendly and courteous.
The car has been running without problems so far ... what more could you want.
We bought a car here in the summer. Unfortunately, despite that we were asked before the purchase what possible costs or inspections to come after the purchase, concealed that the major inspection is on. This resulted in considerable costs of almost € 800 for us. We then tried to reach the managing director 8 times by phone, each time we were dismissed and it was said that our concern was very important to them - but this is not the case. The manager has not called back until today! On the last phone call, at the beginning of the phone call, I again expressed my concern, when I asked to what extent the dealership can contribute to the costs, a young man actually laughed at me, what I want now and that this is not their problem, it is him no matter what the colleague said in the sales pitch or not, the dealership will not contribute to the costs.
Unfortunately, this situation completely reverses the positive impression gained in the sales pitch and I would no longer buy a car or a screw here.
