I visited Josef OSWALD GmbH Toyota Dealership at Neumunster on 28 November 2018 from London to view and possibly buy a 2015 used Toyota Rav4 upon seeing the advert on Mobile.de. I interacted with Susanne OSWALD. My very first contact was over the phone when I called from London and stated my intention. From there on, Susanne worked with me like clockwork from beginning to the finish including handing over the vehicle to shipper and sorting out VAT refund. Susanne was brilliant, super helpful, has great sense of humor especially when we both got stuck on something due to the language barrier between us. But as always, in the end we did get around it. I'm sure her impression will stay with me for a long time to come and will not hesitate to do business with her again. Best regards A Berko
