I am looking for a nice car here in Neumünster. The staff did not permit me to try to sit inside the car. The staff is not very friendly, I will not buy anything here.

Worst dealer to buy a car. Once you buy a car, they become completely alien. No answer, no support, and no business ethics. I bought a car from this dealer two weeks ago. The car is a VW Golf 7 station wagon and it all seemed good when I decided to make this purchase. There was no visible damage and I waited for the car to be registered. I picked up the car yesterday and just before I arrived I noticed that the car's windshield is broken on the right corner. I immediately called Uwe Gaedke (the seller) and told him about the problem. He didn't seem to notice the problem and said he couldn't make sure all things were checked thoroughly. I told him the windshield wasn't broken when I booked the car. He suggested that I could speak to my auto insurance company to have it fixed. I don't understand this company's business ethics. I feel completely betrayed and ignored by the dealer. I paid almost 15,000 euros for the car and I feel that this company is not worth doing business with. If there was a problem I should have been informed before picking up the car. I now had to pay over 300 euros to get a new windshield. just disgusting!

Everything was great, had my car within 1 1/2 weeks, despite Corona. It was registered and something new was installed. Perfect. That's how it should be. I say thanks!

I am very dissatisfied because you have to wait a lot for an answer ... If you have a guarantee with them, you have to repair your car here, the repair takes a long time (at least 15 days). As for mobility, you have to pay for the replacement car yourself (25 € / day). Real mess 😡

Everything great. Very satisfied. Best seller. After 10,000 kilometers the car is still running perfectly. Top condition.
