I was there at the dental emergency service, if I had not had unbearable pain I would have left after joining the treatment room at the latest! The first negative was the more than obvious chewing gum consultation, very inappropriate as I felt (but I could handle it) But when I was called into the treatment room, I immediately noticed the dirty rinse basin next to me, with residues from the patient's mouth in front of me (I experienced this for the first time at a dentist!) in addition a pretty good inventory, which is obviously not cleaned regularly (sterile is something else!) next the way the Dr. made the Rönken picture 😕 a small piece of cardboard, which I had to press against the gums with my finger, while I had to bite my finger when closing my mouth 😐 the anesthetic was ok and I think the drilling out of my old filling. then there was a provisional filling, with which I would have to go to the dentist again at the latest 3 days later, this crumbled a little 2.5 hours later and was very dirty. Conclusion it was my first and last visit to this practice, but everyone has to know for themselves where they can be treated and how.
